My first children's book has finally been released! I had the pleasure of illustrating all 35 pages of this wonderful children's story written by Oliver Chin and published by immedium press. It was so much fun to do, and I hope children of all ages like it. I want to thank Oliver for the opportunity to be part of such a great experience. These sketches were inspired by the story that was in the news a few weeks ago about the kid who hunted the huge giant hog. I did a couple of different desgins of the boy and the hog before i found what i liked. I also made sure that the charachter was looking straight ahead and not up in the air.. it was brought to my attention by Danny (Kano) kimanyen http://kimanyen.blogspot.com/ that my guys are always looking off somewhere..haha. Well he's a super talented artist who Ive been fortunate to learn alot from, so i took his advice, which I hate doing, haha, and decided to switch it up.

So in my 5 month absence from the blog world my last post, MOSES, has become something of a icon. An internet sensation which has attracted a dedicated and loyal fanbase. Most Fans find it a source of inspiration which helps them through their day, Others Find it comforting in times of peril........one of these such individuals is a young, fresh faced, up and coming artist named martin wittig. In his spare time he took my original piece and added these incredible wave effects, illustrating the parting of the red sea. martin is a very talented artist and good friend of mine, so you should visit his blog www.martinwittig.blogspot.com and check out some of the young fella's work.!!
